Dockage Link Refund policy

The Dockage Link Portal operated by Floatech Marine LLC (“Floatech”) provides an online meeting platform that makes it easier for users seeking to rent boat slips, docks, mooring buoys and dry storage options, and slip owners to connect.
Since Floatech grants Owners access to a meeting platform, we cannot issue refunds of fees earned by Floatech once their listing(s) have been rented and paid for by Renters. As a Renter, you are responsible for agreeing your own cancellation or refund terms with Owners and are responsible for understanding this upon registration or accessing any part of the Dockage Link Portal.
However, as regards Owners only, we realize that unforeseeable, exceptional circumstances may arise in which you may still want to raise a refund of the fees we earned.
If you feel strongly that such circumstances may exist, our Support Team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner. Please give it 24-36 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on the problem you raise.
Requests for a refund are received at the contact email provided in our Terms of Access within the period of 2 weeks after our fees are earned. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Access.
Any proposed refund will be subject to a waiver signed by you.
